Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your spooky new gear, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
